Six Sigma Teamwork And Its Benefits to Businesses

Sometimes, managers find that their firms are not making progress or keeping up with competition as well as they’d like, and realize that they have to make some changes in order to keep on top of their market. No team should be formed with individuals who are not comfortable in their roles and obligations within a team.  All individual skills should be put to use for the successful completion of a project.
