    1. Assurance means to make secure in the notion that it will be done right.
    Control means eliminate the below quality products from the output.

    2. The best offense is a good defense. If you fix it before it’s breaks, no need to go back and redo it.

    3. The "system" refers to the entire process. Employees are rarely seen as a problem in their entirety and retraining supervisors…well I guess it could be right, but it doesn’t fit for me.

    4. It’s an old adage and it usually ends with "not a worthy one".
