This book was concise, to the point and covered a lot of very important information. I told myself I would learn this and kept putting it off because I thought it would be too difficult to learn. The book presented the material logically and learning was quick and not overwhelming at all. I looked into other live trainings similar to this one and did not want to spend thousands to learn and potentially teach my workers here. Out company saved alot by training our employees using this program and would recommend to others.
