Six Sigma is a system for organizational management that focus on quality. So if you are interested in that then this book will help you with all you need to know about it. You will get an outline of the system along with some statistics behind it to back up the claims. The book itself is very organized and with a functional table of content so you can find things more easier. Even when the book is not too long, I would recommend people take their time reading this book as it has plenty of information.

Lean Six Sigma or Lean Process Management is an interesting management system. I first became interested in this topic after my company adopted these business practices and I wanted to learn more. This guide does a good job of showing the history of the parent systems of what today is Lean Six Sigma. It also details statistics behind the system and how to start using this system to your benefit. This is a quality book and one that I would recommend to others.

I needed a quick introduction to Lean Six Sigma as they use it the company I work for so I bought this book.

From the first page I was hooked. The book is crammed with useful information and give you the helicopter view of what you need to know about Six Sigma, it’s purpose and what’s in it for you and your organization.

The methodology looks really powerful. I am almost sorry I didn’t discover Six Sigma until just now. But hey, better late then never.
