What is this Six Sigma training?

My company is holding a Six Sigma training for the next 6 weeks or so. My boss signed me up for this, so not really my liking, but oh well. I’m no college graduate(one year community college…just for background info if you guys need to know) just FYI. Any info or tips for me? TIA
