For my staff,
I purchased 5 of these books for my staff. Due to restricted budgets, which caused my training $$$ to be deleted, I purchased these books in lieu. They are easy to ready, provide great examples and have provided my staff a basis from which to perform process improvement techniques. I would recommend this book.

|An excellent Quality Control resource,
From the first few pages, you can tell the authors know the in’s and out’s of Quality Control. In “Part 1: Understanding the Basics of Quality Control”, they lay out a simple, easy to understand explanation of Quality Control and how you can apply it to whatever business you are involved in. In “Part 2: Putting Fundamental Quality Control Methods to Use”, they present a plan to get you started “Down the Road to Quality”. They address one of the hardest things to accomplish regarding Quality Control, the collection of metrics to measure, report, and evaluate your progress. The remaining chapters are equally informative and each goes into precise detail on applying the fundamentals of Six Sigma to your Quality Control program.
With helpful tips and expert advise loaded in every chapter, this book is an excellent Quality Control resource and I recommend it highly.
