Lean Six Sigma - It Doesn't Work

The only people who like Lean Six Sigma is industry, why, because they want to downsize, that means job cuts, lay-offs and deduction in force, which means, your out of work. Lean instructors will lie to you, sugar coat it, but the end result, your out of work.
This text exposes the failure of Lean Six Sigma. I do not advocate LSS, instead, I am one of the few who see through the process and believe it to be nothing more then a contractors tool to justify their positions and drain tax dollars from the system.
I find LSS nothing more then a tool to cut positions and transfer responsibility from management while placing blame on the workers, these are my view of this process which I have reviewed and studied for more then 18 years.
The Government has swallowed this process blindly and it is my belief that it is not to the benefit of the Army nor government in general. It is my belief that it has brain the taxpayer and diminished our military capability, setup long term

Finally the truth, Lean Six Sigma does not work, it is another government fad, a method of turning employees into slaves, raking away the unions, killing the workforce. Read carefully as lean six sigam is no less then mind control, you are either a part of it or they, are against you. The author hits it right on the head, be afraid, be very afraid, even Japan is now admitting that it was a huge mistake, the it damaged the human element and degraded the workforce.
