This book provides an excellent overview of the entire Enterprise Excellence model and how to apply it to business practice. The tools presented are easy to understand and apply to any type of business. I especially like the chapter ending summaries that pull together the theme from each chapter into simple text. I would recommend this book to those who need to improve their business processes using this model.

This is the first time that I’ve purchased a used textbook online. I rarely buy used books because I normally keep my texts for future reference.
