How can Six Sigma be used in a research / government facility?
I will be beginning my Green Belt training in Six Sigma in a couple weeks. Six Sigma is primarily used for industries that involve assembly lines. I am just curious how Six Sigma can be used in a research / government facility. If so, can you share some project ideas ?

Continuously improve knowledge in pursuit of perfection
I believe with all the paperwork and testing required for anything government related six sigma would simply help you to focus on any areas where you could prioritize and simplify the process. GOOD LUCK!
