WEBSITE: www.hamgam-sc.com manufacture of bricks is generally a good business. a successful brick manufacturing business has three main items: 1. the correct type of clay soil should be available in quantities required . 2. a good production factory consisting of goodquality robust machinery and an energy efficient drying and firing process. 3- a good market for the products. besides the above sound technical and managerril ability to manage the production process is essential. after sales support for the machinery isanother asset . hamgam provides full support and back up to all its customers and HAMGAM SANAT experts will assist a discerning customer in ensuring that he selects the right place forvhis/her factory.they will also assist in the initial management of the unit . training of personal in running the factory and maintaining the machinery is another factor that a customer can depend on.the HAMGAM SANAT TEAMwill respond to initial enquiries and after sale requests with equal zeal. HAMGAM SANAT machinery is manufactured in an atmosphere of total quality control. this means a HAMGAM CUSTOMER is assured of good machinery and spare parts from HAMGAM. *QUALITY IS A TRADITION AT HAMGAM SANAT*

Review of flow-through design in thermoacoustic
refrigeration
Bammann T.C., Howard C.Q., Cazzolato B.S.

“…The plot shows that the temperature
below the stack (Tcold) begins decreasing immediately after the sound is turned on, dropping 4 °C in the first 15 seconds,…”
it started at 66 °F and dropped to 29°F.
Above the stack temp increased to 75°F.
Multiple stacks would produce higher temprature differences

Tabletop thermoacoustic refrigerator for demonstrations

An inexpensive ~less than $25! tabletop thermoacoustic refrigerator for demonstration purposes was
built from a boxed loudspeaker, acrylic tubing & sheet, Temperature differences of more than 15 °C
were achieved after running the cooler for several minutes.
I am very impressed, but let us see if we can improve on the “Energy Efficiency”. May I respectfully suggest that the firing process is “Adiabatic”(A giant steel ‘Dewar’ flask) with an internal upward archimedes spiral lifting unfired bricks to the tower top (HOT) then descend by gravity in an outer spiral. Thermoacoustic heat pumps, transfer heat from fired bricks to unfired bricks. Fired bricks exit kiln ice cold. Pen State University, USA can advise. This would save over 95% of the Energy.

3- with equal zeal.
