I commented on this video before requesting that it be embedded; I have a follow-up comment. My boss loves the content but is uncomfortable with the still-frame for the video that loads by default (she feels the presenter’s expression is awkward and looks unprofessional at first glance, even though the overall video is excellent). Is it possible to display a different default image? Many thanks, and I understand if this is an over-the-top request.
