This review is from: Lean Six Sigma Handbook (Spiral-bound)

This work is the best. There is no verbose text, and I am able to quickly interrelate many things at once. None of my other texts or handbooks come close to this concise & comprehensive coverage. The author has succeeded to pack every element of useable information clearly and concisely with easy interrelation.

    In other works……
Authors of other handbooks and texts seem to think more is better! The reader is relegated to the task of “filtering & merging” to get to the functional/useable information. The “subject of muda” (waste) is ridiculously filled with the muda of filtering & merging.

Eddie C. Au does NOT relegate you to filtering and merging. Its an excellent compilation. Also, in keeping with customer focus and VOC, Mr. Au provided a pdf version upon request so my aging eyesight could cope with the small print.

    Fantastic!
