Would someone tell me what Six Sigma is?
I have an oppurtunity to sign up for it with my organization, and I was hoping for some input about what this training is all about?

Six sigma is a measurement scale upon which improvement / performance can be gauged or overall methodology that provides standardized problem-solving tools improvement. It is also work as manufacturing control strategy which apply on the quality improvement. It involves a lot statistical calculation and tools that help on quality control and quality.
