In addition to those comprehensive theoretical materials, the book provides many real-world examples and case studies, many of which came from the author’s years of experience in this area. Accelerated life testing, degradation testing, and stress screening methodologies are emphasized in the book and represent a significant portion of the content. The reader is left with a comprehensive reliability analysis toolset that can be utilized throughout the entire product life cycle.
